Dave has a great knowledge of the local area realestate market in general. Dave and his team touched base with me regularly and keep me updated through all stages of my sale. Dave and the team acted with professionalism and integrity at all times.

I have recently sold one of my properties at 13 Christo Road, Georgetown. The marketing was done by Mr. Dave Lane of LaneCampos Real Estate. The experience I have with Dave is brand new as compared with my previous experiences in selling a number of residential and commercial properties. I was able to very quickly built the trust in Dave and his Team and felt the confidence in what was ahead during each step of the process. I see the following is what set Dave’s Team apart: · Highly organised team of professionals led by Dave; · Their significant efforts in understanding the human factors/needs of their clients; · Realistic planning followed by efficient implementation for marketing and sales; · Use of the state-of-the-art technologies, and · On-going and transparent communications with the clients during the entire marketing and post-marketing processes. I am a professional myself. It has been a great experience for me to see a highly organised and effective team at work to achieve their goals and to help people. Dr Gang Li

From the very first meeting right up until auction day, Dave provided exceptional service that was based on honesty and high level communication which made what could have been a stressful time, an absolute breeze. He also delivered a result that was above our expectations. After our experience with Dave, there is no other real estate agent that we’d consider. From now on he’s our go-to guy! All of the stars! Highly recommended.

From the start Dave and his real estate have been nothing short then exceptional. His knowledge of the real estate and the area made for a quick sale which he excelled for us to gain the best price we could imagine. Highly recommend Dave Lane and his real estate.

Dave and his team were professional throughout the sale process, which as a first time seller, was all new to me. Dave outlined the sale process he thought would achieve the best outcome and he followed through with each step seamlessly. I was happy with the outcome of the sale, and note that reportedly so too was the vendor!

Dave and his team were very professional and prompt with their service, we sold our property in a very short timeframe for much more than we expected. I have already recommend Lane Campos to friends and family looking to sell.

Having Dave Lane from LaneCampos Real Estate as my agent was the best decision I made regarding the selling of my home. His knowledge, communication skills, professionalism and his team made it a smooth process throughout. Thankyou Dave.

Dave showed exceptional market knowledge compared to other agents we spoke to. His communication was fantastic and tailored around our availability. He was always generous with his time and communication never felt rushed. We found Dave to be very down to earth and authentic.

This is the first time we have sold a property and had no hesitation to go with Dave, given his experience in the area and that we had previously purchased the property through him. Dave and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, co-ordinating everything (painting, gardens, furniture, pest inspections, etc.). This was particularly important for us as we lived interstate with border restrictions in place, so we were heavily reliant on the team at LaneCampos. The process was smooth, simple and transparent - which ultimately produced an outcome that was well above expectations. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Dave to anyone that is looking to sell in the area.

Second home in Newcastle we have sold with Lane Campos. Once again, our main agent was Dave Lane. We have found Dave to be outstanding. Highly professional. Organised. Very polite and respectful. His communication is always 100%. When he sets meeting times, he always keeps them and is very respectful of your time. Dave is succinct and to the point. He explains his methodology clearly. He outlines dates and expectations very clearly. He outlines the direction of the sale, but also sets expectation around potential to change direction if required. Our main communication this time around was via a group chat in WhatsApp with Dave and his support team, and this change was very well done, helped keep all supporting parties on the same page with ease. The supporting professionals suggested by Dave (gardens, building inspection, stagers) were all quality and easy to work with. Dave managed the online auction beautifully, all potential buyers were well informed and prepped. Our expectations were managed. We would definitely go with Dave Lane again to sell another property. Professional. Courteous. Respectful. Great team and support.

This is the second time I have used Dave and his team to sell my property. I was absolutely delighted with the process and the result the first time round, so it was a no-brainer to use him again the second time. I’m now even more delighted with his services. I live interstate and could not be physically present for the process, so communication was critical - Dave outlined the process in a teleconference upfront and the team uses modern technologies so we all know exactly where the process is up to and who has to do what - right through the process, up to and including settlement. I am also very impressed at Dave’s ethics - he is up front with me and potential buyers to ensure we all know exactly where we stand. I don’t normally do reviews but this is the second one I have done for Dave - I really am that impressed with his services. Absolutely recommended.
