Cannot rate Dave highly enough! He is everything you expect in an agent, friendly, courteous, professional etc. But then there's the unexpected things - he is honest, reliable, trustworthy, in tune with your needs and genuinely has the best interests at heart of both the buyer and the seller, all while coming to an end result that makes both parties happy - qualities which in my experience, seem to be quite rare in an agent.
