We are so happy we chose Dave as our agent. Not only did he get a great result in 10 days in a tricky market, he also did it with integrity. This was as important to us as a good price, and it is a testament to his professionalism that the buyers are as delighted as we are. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Extremely happy with everything Dave and the team at Lane Campos had done for me during the sale of my property. I highly recommend anyone looking for a professional agent who knows their market inside and out to give Dave Lane a call.

From the moment we met Dave from Lane Campos my mum and I were both impressed by his professionalism, commitment to honesty and knowledge. My mum and I were responsible for the selling of my deceased aunts property, neither of us had recently sold or bought property and were both feeling slightly overwhelmed and emotional about the whole process. Dave immediately made us both feel at ease, he was understanding, knowledgeable and stepped us through the whole process from start to finish. His and his teams level of communication was outstanding. At every step either Dave or one of his team was letting us know what was happening and what was next. It was so comforting to be able to put our complete trust in him and know he was all over it. In a market that is unpredictable Dave managed to achieve our price goal in just two weeks. This process was never going to be emotionally easy for my mum and I but Dave and his team through their professionalism, communication, knowledge and compassion guided us ever so gently through every step of the process. We will always be grateful we chose Dave and his team to work with us on the sale of my aunts home.

Dave and the teams' approach was nothing but professional, positive and efficient! They secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for my unit. Couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the communication and service I received from Dave during the process from start to finish!

Dave and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales process. Even in a declining market, Dave was able to negotiate on our behalf and achieve our ideal price after the first open house. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Winners are grinners and if you choose Dave as your agent you'll be wearing as big a smile as I am presently. Now don't get me wrong, selling a property, especially now when there is a downturn, is a very stressful time with ups and downs (and there were a few) but Dave and his team are a well oiled-machine and they work their hardest at making the process as smooth as possible (good communication and information - you're never left in the dark) . Dave's professionalism extends to making sure that both vendor and buyer are happy. A win-win for everyone. My advice is Trust Dave and his suggestions (no matter how unconventional) regarding how to present the property, the listing etc. he knows the market and he'll deliver - leaving you to get on with your live wearing a very big smile. Well, at least that was my experience.

Excellent communication from the whole team about what to expect in the process, and good connections with local vendors that made organising the various pre-sale jobs straight forward. The expected price range that we were given for the sale was accurate, and achieved at the higher end, which we were very happy with.

Dave was honest & upfront regarding my property appraisal & what my expectations should be. The sale price achieved was an excellent result in a changing market & would not have gone through in my requested time frame had I not taken Dave’s advice. The team at Lane Campos were professional in every regard & the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Dave if you are looking for an agent to manage your sale.

My siblings and I entrusted Dave to sell my dad's place, and we were so impressed with his level of knowledge, professionalism and commitment. We felt that every step of the way he went above and beyond the call of duty. He proved to be genuine, decent, empathetic, friendly, smart, helpful and a wonderful communicator, keeping my siblings and me in the loop at every stage. This put all of us at ease and made the process seamless. It is clear that Dave is an experienced and diligent agent who does his homework and wants the best outcome for everyone. And his people skills are amazing. Dave's team was also very efficient and capable. Well done, Lane Campos.

From our first meeting with Dave and seeing his face all over Waratah we knew there was no one else to sell our first home. Dave's knowledge on the area and his approach to real estate is second to none. There was no fuss or pressure to our sale and he made what could be a stressful time, calm! The whole team at Lane Campos work cohesively and were able to deliver us a fantastic sales result. Dave really is the best!
