I found McGrath very helpful, communicative and friendly as I was looking for rentals in Ballarat. Montanah is our property manager for our investment property in the Ballarat area. It was a new build and not something we could see in person--Montanah went above and beyond to as we took over the property from the builder to ensure everything that needed to be done I was aware of, sent photos, and got the property marketed and tenanted in truly record speed. She has been proactive, absolutely excellent with communication, and just a lovely human being. She has greatly reduced my stress with this property, and I am very grateful we made the decision to go with McGrath Ballarat. They have consistently great reviews you can trust!

We were fortunate to have a very responsive and efficient property management team with McGrath Real Estate. Always quite quick to respond to any matter (whether urgent or not) and proactive in solving matters. Though the individual managing our property changed over a few times, the transition was smooth and each individual was caring, attentive and considerate.
