Friendly & Easy to deal with

David is friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave useful simple tips to enhance the curb appeal of the house before I put the house on the market for sale. He replied promptly and always returned my calls. Any simple question was never a hassle for him to answer or to follow up. During the sale, he was in constant touch with updates and results with the open houses. He knows the market well, he has his stats and will compare the market movement around your area & explain it in simple terms. He negotiated the sale efficiently, and we achieved my desired asking price. I first met David in passing while he was preparing for an Open House in my area. I could see he was very busy, yet he still took the time to say hello, introduce himself and give me his card. Several months later when I was ready to sell, I contacted him and he remembered our short conversation.
