Excellent communicator, negotiator and trustworthy agent

We couldn’t recommend Roger Wardy and the Wardy team highly enough. From the beginning, Roger was honest, strategic and incredibly committed to getting the best possible result for us. After having previously been on the market, we needed an agent who really understood the local market and could bring fresh energy and confidence to the campaign. Roger did exactly that. His advice around presentation, positioning and the sales strategy was spot on, and throughout the entire process we always felt informed and supported. Roger and his team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, communicated with us constantly and handled every part of the campaign professionally. The Wardy team is professional, honest, responsive and incredibly intelligent and switched on.

Roger Wardy, Ferhat Akin and Christian Velovski are true professionals and really know their stuff. They are all intelligent, charming and have great senses of humour. I was absolutely delighted by their responsiveness. Text messages and emails and phone calls were responded to within minutes and sometimes within seconds. They showed great respect that the selling and buying process was one of the biggest investments of my life and supported me throughout the process. Highlights: +honesty +they are the kings of underpromising and overdelivering +their market insights supported me to accept a good and fair offer which left me confident that they had gotten the best selling price possible. Roger has a calm and confident manner which puts people at ease. He presents as grounded and solid and has an understanding of the market like no other. Through the whole process, I felt I could not have done better having Roger at the helm of the ship. I would wholeheartedly recommend the entire Roger Wardy team.
