We were very happy with Michael as our selling real estate agent and would highly recommend Michael and Raine and Horne to others. Michael is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent that helped us understand the process in selling our home. He guided us with up-to-date verbal reports following each open house inspection, and then we would receive weekly email reports of the housing market withing a 5 km radius to understand what the properties values were truly worth, whether they needed renovations or happy for people to move in 'as is' or purchase their own as an investment property. Michael, new the importance of the property held by my parents over half a century ago and then onto me.
