I contacted Max to start the process of selling my Redfern apartment, only to discover that I was sitting on an incredibly difficult sales proposition - the discovery of a large amount of maintenance work that was going to generate a large, but as yet unknown, Special Levy. Max's expertise, including his detailed knowledge of the local market was essential to getting through this very difficult situation. Max and his team provided advice throughout what was a very protracted pre-sale process, as we endeavoured to get certainty on the Special Levy costs and timings. Body Corporate delays dragged out beyond anyone's control, and Max and his team used that time to get the property shined up; managing recarpeting, repainting, repairs, and lining up a suitable furniture/staging company. They also provided robust advice about the realities of bringing an apartment with this kind of "overhead" onto the market - Max's advice was honest and straightforward and exactly what was needed - no sugarcoating. He clearly explained his strategy, and listened to me when expressed concerns. As a result of the preparation of Max and the team, the moment I had reliable information on the body corporate matter, they were ready to pull the trigger on going to market. They were highly responsive to every prospective buyer, and kept me informed constantly. As a result, the property which we feared might be hard to move, and might need to be discounted was sold by private treaty within 12 days and achieved its asking price.

Above and Beyond - Exceptional service and result! Working with Roger to sell our property was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism and expertise were evident at every stage of the process. I am delighted with the whole process, well above my expectation. The communication is unbelievable. Roger never forces to get a business to sell my property but instead he gave a guidance when is the best time and a strategy. Roger and a team are very friendly and motivated who was always available throughout our entire process. He works extremely hard to get a vendor a good price but also ensured as purchaser fully informed a long a way. They implemented highly effective strategies to enhance the property's value and attract a wide range of prospective buyers. Roger and teams meticulously handled every detail, providing insightful market analysis and personalized guidance throughout. Their commitment and skill made the entire process smooth and successful. I strongly recommend Roger for anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and ease.
