Roger has an in-depth and intimate knowledge of local sales in the Kensington and Rosebery areas. He's the go-to guy to advise on the value of your property, on setting a price guide and reserve price. He has a reasoned basis for the pricing he recommends throughout the sale campaign and it's based on good judgment and knowledge. His recommendations to us were proven to be ultimately true and reliable. He was able to capture detailed information about potential, interested buyers and to his credit, his tried and tested method added value and achieved the best result for us. As a first-time seller, the process is new and at times naturally feels uncertain but Roger was always available to give sound advice and reassurance. In summary, Roger's advice and recommendations truly made sense by the time our property was sold at auction. There was a eureka moment when the hammer dropped on the winning bid. It was at that time that it became clear Roger's logic, skill and the methods he applied throughout the campaign were designed to achieve the very best result for us.

We engaged Roger and his team for the sale of our house. Roger worked tirelessly to get the best price for our 4 bedroom property in Rosebery. He provided us with high quality feedback throughout the process and was able to answer all our questions and confidently address any obstacles before they even materialised. Roger and his team's "can-do" attitude, professionalism, experience and knowledge of the market left us in no doubt that we had chosen the best. Roger kept us well informed through the process with regular updates, emails, texts and phone calls which kept us engaged and enabled us to make the right decisions when it came to negotiating requested changes to a contract or setting a reserve. The result far exceeded our expectations and hopes. We could not have asked for more. Roger and his team have done a stellar job for us, and I would not hesitate to recommend Roger if you are considering selling a property and want to maximise your sale price.

Roger lives and works in our area and we believe this makes all the difference. He wants the best result for us as vendors and for our suburb. Roger and his team made the selling process very easy - they were responsive, efficient and communication was excellent. Not only did he achieve a great result, he took the time to listen to what we were looking for in our next property, and put us on to an off-market opportunity, even though he didn't have the listing. Further testimony that he goes above and beyond for his clients. Ben and Skye
