Our first sale attempt didn’t get us to where we felt the property was worth. We found Charles’ market and buyer knowledge was spot on and heard us in the right direction. Charles was able to find buyers that were not directly looking and weed out tyre kickers. We got the same price as we’d previously been offered. However considering the market had rapidly cooled and buyers were becoming skittish it was a great result considering. We don’t feel we would have hit here in this market without Charles’s skills and perseverance. He gave us 110%.

Hayden worked tirelessly throughout the campaign and kept us updated on the feedback from prospective buyers. Most importantly, Hayden negotiated a great price for us in challenging market conditions, which were are very happy about. The only bit we were not fully satisfied with was communications ahead of the marketing campaign, as some of our emails and WhatsApp messages went unanswered and needed to be followed up with phone calls; we are aware that there was some staff turnover at Ray White Touma Group at the time, which may have driven the initial communication issues. But overall, these were relatively minor issues and the main thing is the end result!
