Immediately after appointment, his capable Business Manager, Paulina, arranged contractors/property staging stylists/photographer to prepare the premises for sale. Throughout this process, she obtained our approval where necessary and kept us constantly informed of progress. When the listing in Realestate.com and Domain went live, Roger led the marketing campaign with Liam working diligently by his side. Roger provided regular written reports to us and held weekly meetings to update us on potential buyers as well as answer any questions that we may have. He was knowledgeable of the market, professional in his approach and always quick in responding to our calls/queries. When the Auction date was approaching, Roger showed his skill as a negotiator and achieved a great outcome for us prior to Auction.
