I cannot speak highly enough of Charles and his team. They are knowledgeable, determined and get results. No stone was left unturned in our recent Surry Hills apartment sale. They achieved a record sale for the building and we couldn't be happier.

Max was great from the very 1st meeting until the sale, it was a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him any day. I appreciated his patience with me, his great negotiating skills with the buyers and also setting up people to get the property ready for sale, they all did a lovely job of getting the place ready for Sale.

As a purchaser we were very happy with our experience with Charles. He was clear and forthright in his information and very prompt in keeping us informed with the property. The final agreement was very fair and we trusted, correctly, in his integrity in finalising the purchase.

Charles was very communicative and constructive throughout the campaign. He led a process exactly on schedule culminating in attracting a sale price above expectations prior to auction. Would absolutely recommend Charles and his team, thank you for an easy sale.

Roger was the agent for the vendor with respect to the property we purchased. We found him to be highly professional & diligent throughout our interactions with him. He also demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Kingsford & Kensington real estate market. We would welcome dealing with Roger and his team again.

We were looking to buy a property in the Raleigh Park area and after talking to Roger explaining our needs he was on a mission. After a lot of research Roger found the perfect property and we bought it straight away with an off market purchase. Roger was very professional and importantly he listen to us and came through with the right property so highly recommend him.
