Charles knows the Redfern and Surry Hills market. This is the second house we sold through him, and he was the logical choice. His regular and structured contact throughout the sale period is really helpful.

Max did a great job selling our unit. He was very direct about what was possible and made sure to not over promise. In the end he sold as per the expectation. Max was in constant communication and was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Max.

Hayden assisted us fully in getting the place up to selling quality..with his knowledge and tradies. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend.

Max Klimenko had a marketing strategy for my property that was spot-on and executed to perfection, all the while providing me very prompt updates as we went along. He was not afraid to give me his honest assessment of the situation and what needed to be done, and his advice proved right. My property sold after only 9 days on the market, for more than the listed price. I am beyond happy with the result and the service. This was my first time selling a property, plus I am based overseas. Choosing the right agent really helped to relieve a lot of the anxiety of the whole process. Thank you Max. Should the need ever arise again, I would definitely be in touch. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with Max, who was a joy to work with throughout. He had a great strategy for selling our apartment at auction and executed it faultlessly in a challenging market. Max also took the time to explain everything to us as this was our first time selling, and he provided real time updates as the campaign progressed. We would very strongly recommend Max to anyone wanting to sell their property! Thank you so much Max, you made this experience much less stressful than expected!

Rogers knowledge of the Kingsford Market, along with having prospective buyers lined up was great as it helped us sell this property. His customer service skills were excellent as he was always in contact with us, updated us on each open house.

We had a positive journey working with Hayden. Hayden worked hard, brought great ideas on a constant basis and communicated with us on a constant, clear and direct way (which avoided us from having false expectations). We went through the sale process at the end of 2020 when the situation was challenging and Hayden made it happen.

Above and beyond! Roger was honest and direct with us from the start, which we really appreciated. He went out of his way to facilitate our purchasing of the property. He came and opened the place on a Sunday and he even drove an hour and a half to meet us so that we could sign our offer! He is a great communicator and a straight shooter with excellent market knowledge, which is everything we look for in an agent.

Max made the entire process very straightforward and was upfront and honest from day one. This made one of the most important decisions a lot easier. Have recommended Max to friends looking in the same areas.
