The most important skill that Charles showed to me was that he listened to what I wanted to achieve and then delivered. He was honest and proactive throughout the buying and selling process. I cannot praise him highly enough.
Charles Touma
When it comes to selling your home Charles understands the importance of building trust through a lasting relationship. Charles would check in with me every couple of months to see how we were travelling over the years leading up to our sale so when it came time to sell we didn't need to explore or meet with any other agents. Charles did not let us down throughout the sales process, right through to settlement - the marketing, styling, online photos, daily communication, reports, open houses all exceeded our expectations. Charles is a tenacious professional with a very strong work ethic - it was clear he was did everything he could to get us the best outcome. Charles was honest and sincere with his feedback at all times and set realistic expectations around what price could be achieved. The price we achieved at auction was well above our expectation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Charles Touma to anyone thinking of selling their property.
