Months before we bought our home, Sam from Blaze touched base with us once a fortnight which was greatly appreciated. Our offer was accepted on a home and the very next day we met with the team from Blaze, placed our home on the market, the sign went up and straight into Open House. By the end of the following week we accepted an offer. Unfortunately, the buyer pulled out 4 hours before 10% was to be paid. The team was on it, Chris is amazing, within hours we were back on, Open House & Auction pending. Such a stressful time for us buying & selling after 40 years in our first home. The team at Blaze were always positive and upbeat with a can do attitude. They know the market, know the clientele, have the data and this gives them the edge - no mucking around.
