Tony was professional and extremely knowledgeable from our first meeting. He walked us through the whole sales/auction process, told us our options, laid out marketing pricing from the start so we knew where we stood on the market. Tony provided us with outstanding service, with a large amount of open house inspections, weekly break down reports and was always there for any questions we had and was in constant contact with updates which we think had a large impact of the amount of people at our auction and getting a strong results at sale.

Being a house on the cheaper end of the market, Christians commission was not going to be anything extravagant, and yet the level of effort was way beyond what you'd expect for a house at the bottom end of the market. The Blaze staff were always professional and assisted in every step of my journey. Johnny (my agent) always listened to what I had to say and always responded to every message or call that I made as communication is critical in these situations. He explained what the process of selling involved and guided me step by step through telephone calls, messages and meetings. He was flexible according to my work schedule and despite my nervousness and concerns he reassured me. I was invited to an auction prior to mine which I strongly recommend people to attend. That way, you can prepare yourself and have that understanding of what 'auction night' will actually be like. The Blaze office is in a convenient location at Stockland's Mall. Plenty of parking and you can also eat lunch or do you're shopping after your meeting. In summary, if you want an affirmative and constructive process in the selling of your home or property with the reassurance that the best outcome will be for you and your family then ask for Johhny and the Blaze team!
