Great energy, very cool marketing and communications specially as I was overseas at the time was ace. Pricing was very astute in a growing market. Constant communication. Going above and beyond attending the property on our behalf when we were using trades people. Sensible advice on improvements to the property to maximise protecting at minimal investment. Communications was critical as we were overseas at the time of the same.

David at One Percent Property Sales is a legend. Our house sold in just 6 days but it was all the support David provided beforehand that made everything work so well.
