Rarely does a person impress me as much as Pearls. I received a call less than 30 mins after my internet enquiry, and met the next day. Pearls already had comparison details ready, and a suggested plan for the sale. In the space of a week, our house was contracted for sale with competing offers lifting the sale well above our expectations, and we were not conservative in what we thought was achievable. The paperwork and information flow from Pearls was ridiculously efficient and left us with no questions or concerns - just praise. If you need an agent - there is none better.
