Nothing was too much right from the start
Sameer is an enthusiastic salesman who could not do enough for us whilst our house was on the market. He suggested how we could improve the property ready for sale and then he sold it within 2 weeks. Good job, Sameer

Sameer was in charge of selling my property and got a fantastic result for me.
l was hoping to get $300k for my property that Sameer ended up selling for me for $360k. Sameer knew the market, had the contacts and was a delight to work with. In a short time he had 7 offers and we discussed which one to take, we didn't take the highest offer but took the offer the seemed the best. l was in Victoria and couldn't get up to Queensland for the sale so l needed a good agent to get the deal done and Sameer certainly was the man. We were interstate during our property sale and Sameer managed and co-ordinated many things for us in regards to preparation for the sale and kept us updated the whole way. Professional experience in every way!
Sameer's service was excellent for our recent house sale. From our early discussions, Sameer came up with a winning strategy to tease the maximum price for our house. In fact, a street record! Constant communication made the experience stress free, with very timely discussions on strategy that led to a massive amount of interest, over 50 viewings at the 2 open houses, leading to over 20 written offers for the property. This was a great result given the effort we spent preparing and presenting the property for sale. We sold in just over a week, followed by constant communications on contract, inspections and ultimately, a timely settlement. We would have no issues in recommending Sameer as your selling agent.
