Their marketing team was great, and we were happy with how they portrayed our home in the campaign that was to be set for online selling. Brett was always so clear in his follow-up post open homes and buyers that had inspected our property. Whilst the selling campaign did take some 11-12 weeks to sell, we got the price that was shared during our initial meeting with Brett, and we were happy with the outcome. Now that we’ve sold, we are able to move on with the next stage of our life.

We were referred to Brett by our son, who had sold through Brett some time earlier. We found Brett to be very open and honest and those traits were consistent throughout our selling campaign. We had spoken with Brett several times when reviewing properties within Pitt Town, some for sale with Brett and others not. He was helpful and respectful in all dealings when asking questions about properties, and the immediate local area. We had an idea of what we wanted, but buying a property can prove daunting but dealing with Brett was always upbeat and helpful. We ended up finding a property that we loved and secured it within just 3 days.
