Professional, knowledge of property and local area and clear communication
Brett is a great communicator with a clear knowledge of the local area as well as the property. Although he was working for the vendor he genuinely cared for a successful outcome for both parties. This house was not my first choice, however, Brett highlighted the positives and made me think about the potential (without the hard sell). He answered all my questions promptly and succinctly. I found Brett to be genuine sincere and down to earth and completely professional in his work ethic.
