Out of all the agents we saw John Irudayaraj was the most professional and most helpful. He always kept us well informed, gave great ideas and suggestions. He always went above and beyond. I would choose him again and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

During our house hunting process, Daniel has provided us very good property info & Services for Rouse Hill area. With his knowledge and services, we managed to secure this property to meet our budget for our daughter's 1st home in the area. Once again thanks for Daniel's services. Andrew

I hate selling. And I hate to say it, but I have always hated dealing with Real Estate agents. But Daniel is different. We never had to chase him for answers and he always delivered on his word. He was the ONLY agent who didn't try to convince us that our property wasn't worth as much as we felt it was worth. Even though he had a number of other properties on the market at the same time, we had three times the amount of open homes in the first week than any other agent. The buys were able to see our property while it was still fresh on their minds. We sold in the first week after 7 great offers! Not to mention we sold at midnight after Daniel had long negotiations with the purchaser that day stating, "I am not going to let him sleep on this, I am going to get you the best price tonight!" ... And he did.

Could not thank Ruma and her team enough for helping us to find our beautiful house that we can't wait to call home. Ruma has to be the most personable agent we have come across. She is not only genuine, sincere, and understanding, but the nicest person to be around - great spirited, energetic, and contagiously happy. It has been an absolute pleasure to have been on this journey with her, and there is no doubt that these words will be carried forward to all those I get the chance to tell.

This is not our first home so we have spoken and met many many agents before. Corie has been an amazing agent for the purchase of our home. He is professional, polite, easy to talk to and honest. He didn't provide wrong price guide. He is genuine and he didn't waste our time at all. We were searching for a house for more than 4 months. Agents used to give us wrong price guide and we were not able to buy a house because they were sold for more than our limits by not few thousands but by $300K-$400K. Corie took us seriously and he was transparent with us and he considered our offer and didn't try to manipulate us. We would highly recommend Corie for buying and selling property. He and his team is amazing. We are extremely satisfied with his work. Good wishes to him.
