Cool, Calm & Confident
Selling a family home does not come without a level of stress & uncertainty. With Corie as our sales agent, this was greatly reduced. He was very confident of achieving a strong result by following a tried and tested process in North Kellyville, from initial photos to a sold sticker in under 4 weeks. He understands the market intimately and has a good appreciation of where each of the buyers are on their own purchase journey. His calm and consistent manner was unchanged through the sales campaign which reduced our uncertainty, getting a better night's rest. Interest in the listing remained high throughout the campaign, even through rate rises, culminating in a highly energised auction. It was really all you could ask for.
