Pulled off The Impossible
Ruma pulled off the impossible for us - not only selling our home in under 2 weeks for well over asking price, but somehow managed to find us our next home within our budget and with vendors who were willing to allow a simultaneous settlement - AND got all the paperwork done in the days before our second child was born! Ruma also gave us her contacts for trades to assist us with our pre-sale renovations and was available to talk at any time - we highly recommend Ruma & can’t thank her enough!

Professional and genuine
Corie and his team were a pleasure to work with. Corie's obviously an experienced professional, but importantly we found him to be very personable, genuine and credible. He was realistic in his appraisal and gave us excellent advice prior to us listing our house. Great communication and feedback throughout the entire selling process, and he never pushed us to accept offers or to lower our expectations. Very Professional experience
