Daniel was highly professional, with an open and friendly manner. His intimate knowledge of the apartment, building and area was unbelievable, and he was always open and honest in his communication. Daniel went out of his way to accommodate our requirements and provide feedback on any negotiations with the owners. It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Daniel was always proactive in liasing with prospective purchasers, solicitors and us as Clients residing on the Mid North Coast. Late hours or weekends were no problem for him to keep us up to date. His advice on utilising a Stylist for the sale was right on the money and helped the house looked great. Thanks for your efforts Daniel.

We have engaged Louis twice to sell our home and straight away we were impressed with his knowledge and insights on the local areas and markets. This combined with his calmness and assuredness made the two experiences the best we have experienced over four countries having bought and sold many times in Scotland, England, New Zealand as well as the West and East Coasts of Australia. We were impressed at the time and effort Louis put in to both marketing the properties, connecting with potential buyers whilst keeping us constantly informed. We'd some it up best by saying Louis genuinely cares about buyers and sellers and that has shone through on both occasions we have asked Louis to sell properties for us.

18 months ago we purchased our house from Corie, and we were so impressed with his professionalism, integrity and service that when it came time for us to sell, there was no one else that we even considered. In a market full of used car salesmen, Corie and his team are completely different, they instil a confidence that no one else came close to, he is a straight shooter and tells you the facts to ensure you know what is happening at every step of the way. I could not recommend him and his team enough.

Having spent over a year searching endlessly for that perfect property, we finally found our new dream home. Corie is such an outstanding agent. Completely professional and personable throughout the whole process and what’s more, he was genuinely happy to see our family secure a home. Corie was really prompt and precise with all communications between us and certainly made us feel confident in the buying process! We highly recommend Corie and the Scibberas group! Thank you for being so proactive in finding us our beautiful new home.

Louis was introduced to me by my daughter after he helped them with the sale of their home a few years back. Reluctant at first after having had a not so good experience with another person. Rang made an appointment, his response was swift and came with all the information one could have asked for. I had to ask now long he had been in the business as his knowledge far exceeded the years he told me. His communication skills were excellent, keep me informed all the way I didn’t have to follow up on any thing. He is Courtesy,Polite, speaking from an older person point of view he treated me with the up most respect ,as a mother and grandmother I would have to say he has done his parents proud ,and is a credit to the profession.I would have no hesitation in recommending Louis to other clients. I wish Louis all the very best in his career with his knowledge and skills I think he will go far. All the best Louis.
