I guess the Real Estate equivalent is "Every agent has a plan to sell your house quickly for a huge price until they have no buyers in a market that goes cold". Our house got punched in the face - By the 3rd week on the market the market went cold, we had no offers, little interest and 1-2 groups at open house. After about one moth searching houses at the hot market,I'm so stressful to attend auctions. Each time I failed from the auctions, I felt very depressed, then I want to find an agent to help me avoid auciton.
