Top - Notch
My wife and finally recently bought after searching for a property in the Hills for well over 6 months. That 6+ months of searching equated to far too many open homes and lost weekends. Of the huge amount of inspections we attended over a great many months, the listings being looked after by Corie and his great Team at Sciberras Group RE were consistently the best we attended. The best in terms of professionalism, presentation, transparency, and overall service. If we were on the way to one of Corie's listings we knew right away that it would be a property very worth looking at. If I was selling in Kellyville or the Hills generally, I would have no hesitation in recommending Sciberras Group RE and will do so. Very happy that when we did buy we bought one of Corie's listings.

With a work ethic above the rest!
This was our first experience with Sciberras Group and Corie presented himself in a professional, confident, yet calm and collected manner. Meeting A Tall Order
Right from the beginning, we had high expectations and a tall order! We were house-proud and wanted a price to match our expectation. At the same time, we asked Corie if there was any way we could achieve this 'without' going the whole nine yards with marketing. We did not want to go through open houses and prepping the house for a sale. With 3 kids and a cat and both of us working, we just did not have the energy to go through the sale process, yet we wanted a great sale! Yes, we knew that we had a tall order. But what very pleasantly surprised us was how Corie delivered just that. He brought us a buyer perfectly suitable for us, with a price that matched our expectation. Easy to deal with and achieved a great result
Corie was professional and transparent in all his communications with us. He had a strong understanding of what was required in every stage of negotiations, which was also in Iine with our expectations. He ended up over achieving on our projections and achieving a result that was at the upper end of what we would have hoped.
