Corie is the agent that is not like an agent, after looking at numerous houses to purchase we became frustrated by the typical sales agent, they would not provide information, pricing or even respond following enquiries. Corie was completely different, he was upfront, honest and exceptionally prompt in responding to everything. No only did he work exceptionally well for the vendor, he also worked for us, the purchaser in terms of making things easy, straight forward and was always available whenever any issue was faced, no matter how big or small. Just when you think that all agents are the same, you come across someone like Corie who was absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend him as the process was exceptional and transparent at every step.
