On his return he made contact to start our regular consistent constructive conversations. These and his clarity to process made me feel confident about my decision including the ability to be flexible with all arrangements and costs for me. I at the time lived in Sydney CBD and my home was in Kellyville. An extraordinary part of this experience was Corie telling me he is starting his own company explaining it and offering a choice of which agency I would be with but no matter he would look after me. Young, energetic, enthusiastic, down to earth polite and most importantly honest and extremely knowledgeable: I know these words have big meanings and might seem over the top, but this is the only way I can describe Corie. We as a family have bought and sold many properties since 1981 and have come across many agents, but we haven’t seen the likes of Corie Sciberras who without a doubt is worthy of the above accolades. Selling any property is hard enough at the best of time, but If you can sell properties in today’s climate and keep vendors smiling, surely that says something for the person. Needless to say, the current market has brought out the REAL agents. Corie sold a house for my parents in March 2015 when working for another Real Estate and as mentioned above, having a great experience and a worry free sale, was the reason I have stuck with him and his colleague Joel Mather in selling my unit at Blacktown. Whether it's a lesser priced unit at Blacktown or a very expensive mansion at Kellyville, you get the same treatment, that is something rare. In August 2019, Corie also pinpointed an agent who he thought would give my parents a good result in selling their 6 bedroom, acre home in Jimboomba Queensland and again with no experience in that part of the country, came up trumps. Needless to say, the house sold on the first open day with a trouble free and happy result - he’s just a big real estate walking encyclopedia. I know his staff will thrive, under his guidance, leadership, and abundance of knowledge, he imparts on them and I wish them all and the Sciberras Group Real Estate the utmost success in their quest to become the number 1 agent in the area. Ruma was the first person we called to sell our home after we had such a positive experience with her as a buyer several years ago. She knows the local market well and has a solid database of contacts which makes the process more effective and efficient overall without the need to spend loads in advertising etc. The beauty of working with Ruma is that you have her whole team working for you as well, we had a positive experience with Brad and Ian also. It's hard to come buy a more down to earth, genuine and authentic team of real estate agents in the industry and I recommend them unreservedly as both a buyer and a seller.
