She’s an extremely professional and a gun real estate agent and I must mention that for Ian as well. Very helpful. They went all the way to help us even when they were not our agents as we were the buyers. We bought a property off them and they ensured that both the client and the customer got the best deal. Highly recommended.

John has gone over and beyond our expectations from the time we signed up and after sales. We sold our home in 3 open inspections, within a week and more than the price we wanted. He has tremendous knowledge of the market and superior customer service. Thanks John and we wish you all the very best.

John did a good job explaining the property features and suburb profile. He was always in touch with me and responded to all my queries during the sale process and gave me clarity around how I can get the house. Final inspection went well and he took the opportunity to explain property features one more time.

John is an amazing real estate agent, but, even more than that, he's a really genuine and caring human being. When we asked John to help us sell our house, he went well above and beyond what anyone could expect, and really looked after us throughout the whole process. He put his heart into helping us, and we never felt like it was just business - there was genuine care on a personal level, and for that we'll always be grateful. And to top it all off, John has an ability to get results for his clients that can only be described as magician-like! Not only did we experience this first-hand for ourselves, but we could see John repeating the magic everywhere he went! Through his incredible professionalism, relentless hard work, and faultless knowledge of the real estate buisness, John got us a result we could only have dreamed about, and we are so grateful to have had the good fortune to have John weave his magic for us! If you're looking for an agent to work with (whether it be buy, sell, rent or lease) you won't find a better, more decent gentleman to work with than John Irudayaraj!

We chose Ruma because of her exceptional knowledge of the Ponds area and her reputation is of someone that gets the job done. Our experience with her and her team absolutely showcased this fact. The photos, video and the commentary were second to none and i truly believe that the marketing was ideal to sell our place quickly.

When we met Ruma we knew our home was in good hands and it wasn't long before she proved that she was there to help us with preparing our home for sale. She organised all of the necessary quotes and arranged with us everything that was required along the way. She dressed our home in a way that set it off and highlighted the spaciousness which appealed to the buyers. Ruma's team of Ian and Brad were also on the same page with Ruma and we were able to speak with each of them throughout the process. Ruma kept us in the loop and always completely relaxed us and took over everything required to find a new owner for our home who will love it as we did. We greatly appreciate you Ruma and your team Thank you

John performed his absolute 100% best from the moment I was interested to sell to settlement. The main quality that drew me to him was his friendliness and passion for his job and the area of sale. John worked tirelessly for weeks to get the great results we achieved. He stayed back at nights, followed through, did extra open homes, and even offered to do my gardening, all with a smile! John was very honest and I could trust him to look after us, having access to the house. He made sure I was informed about everything and explained details well if I was unsure. John’s passion for his job is a true testament to him. I commend him and his team at McGrah Rouse Hill for supporting each other and showing up to open homes and the auction leading to a fantastic result. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts John, you were a wonderful professional and now a lovely friend to our family. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone wishing to buy, rent or sell.

Ruma and her team are very professional and proud of what they do. They are very diligent and do the right thing. Although work very much for the vendor they are very sensitive about everyone's sentiments and take good care of their customers. They certainly make a great team and are a happy bunch. Cheers
