We had a fairly complex negotiation process but John was helpful in every step of the process and went above and beyond to help us make this purchase. His honesty stood out the most for us as he was very upfront and we could tell that he was genuinely working in the best interest of both the parties. He spent more time conducting Open Homes than I had expected, which was great and allowed for potential buyers to spend time and absorb the features of our home.
