We knew Ruma is very well-known in the industry before we decided to have her as our agent. The truth is she is very professional and helpful. The market started slowing down through the whole journey however she always provide expert advice to help us make the right decision. Plus she is such a charming and positive lady and so pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend her to any vendors!

We went with First National real Estate at Stan hope and had Ruma and Brad as our agents. This was the first time that we had used the agency and couldn't speak more highly of Ruma and her team. Ruma always answered our questions and our calls, no matter what time of day we called. We would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their property. Ruma was very professional and new every aspect of her job and was always willing to help above and beyond.

Ruma Mundi was the head agent for my recent purchase. She was excellent to deal with, well mannered and professional. Ruma made herself available to all our needs and went well outside the box to cater to our requests and make us happy. I also have had Ruma looking after my investment properties for the past 5 years and will go nowhere else! Truely impressed with the service and happy with her skill set and knowledge.
