John was great. He was constantly updating us with the market and also the entire process of finding the buyers and negotiating with them. First class service and would highly recommend him.

This was our second property sale using John and the Kore property team and was once again an absolute breeze. Communication was great throughout the campaign and achieved higher sale prices than our goal for both properties. They are highly professional and approachable and made the whole sale process extremely easy and stress free. I would 100% use and recommend Johnny for any upcoming sales, you won’t be disappointed.

Georgie’s in-depth knowledge of Calderwood and surrounding areas gave us a clear advantage. She understood the key selling points for this type of home and knew how to position it for the local market. Her insight into buyer behaviour and price expectations helped guide the strategy.

John went over and above with helping us secure a house to purchase. We had been looking for over 6 months for a property and John was always updating us with properties that were suitable for our needs and wants. From selling our unit to buying a house John was always our number one choice when it came to agents. He knows the market and knows people. John has always been trustworthy, professional and is a genuine person all round. Highly recommend!
