To whom it may concern. The last two years have probably been the most challenging and thought-provoking years of my life. As we all know, the pandemic affected many industries, in particular, my much-loved entertainment industry. Like many people, the lockdowns made me stop and rethink my work and life situation. So many things were changing around me, including some of my closest and dearest friends moving interstate permanently. So, I made the decision to close my business at the end of 2021, sell up in 2022 and move interstate to enjoy my retirement. This wasn’t an easy decision for me and was an incredibly emotional one. Selling my beautiful home was a scary and frightening entity. The agent that worked on my sale, Paul Emanuel, made the whole process so easy and transparent. He literally held my hand, answered all my questions (no matter how large or small) and made me feel completely confident in my decision. I trusted Paul Emanuel completely with the sale of my home and he delivered every bit of faith I had in him and more. There was never a moment that I wasn’t aware of what was going on and he was extremely sensitive to my emotional attachment to the house and also the anxiousness surrounding my life changing decisions. I can’t even begin to express how much gratitude I have for Paul and in turn Kore Shire Partners. I first met John last year when we were constructing the build for the property. Although we were locked in with another agency, he was never pushy which I really liked. When the other agency couldn’t sell any of the townhouses, I called John back to find out if he was interested. With his positive nature I was confident he could do the job with confidence. Within one week the first townhouse is sold. I would recommend John to any seller in the future. Thanks John, for your hard work.

We decided to sell our house with John after many friends had highly recommended him. With wanting to buy a property before selling, John worked with us on getting our house ready to go live the minute that we were ready to sell. He supported us through finding a home, and was incredibly patient with our needs. Our house went live the day after we bought, and 9 days and 2 opens later we were SOLD at a price we had never dreamed of! Thank you John!

After deciding to downsize, Paul and his team at Kore were very professional with the purchase of our Villa, and again as they helped us to prepare our home of over 50 years for sale. It was sold after only 3 open houses which was very pleasing. Paul and his team were always in contact with us, giving feedback after each open house, he also kept in contact with our conveyancers passing on anything we should be made aware of.
