Brad was excellent to work with! He was incredibly responsive and a clear communicator. Brad went out of his way to ensure things happened on time (if not sooner) and checked in to ensure the moving to-dos were complete (e.g., insurance, utilities etc.)

We couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell our property in perhaps one of the most difficult housing markets in history. Not only does Brad have a unique spark about him which makes working with him enjoyable; but his professionalism and passion for his business shine through in his incredible work ethic, at all hours of the day or night! Our sale journey was filled with ups and downs, and at times very tricky but through it all he was able to keep a steadying hand and guide us through to making the right decision for our lives moving forward.
