Examples of services where I would give a 3/5, eg. * Ailo app launch + Fire alarm annual compliance offer were very poor. * Multiple follow ups on my part to ensure issues raised by tenant and / or vice versa are fixed. * EOFY statements are confusing, I received an incomplete statement by mail, then a complete one by Email with no explanation. * Some documents / quotes don't demonstrate a good level of professionalism (bad wording / multiple spelling errors in most cases). * Errors with account that also require my follow up for explanation.

When reletting our property earlier this year Ray White were very helpful in outlining what repairs or maintenance they thought was needed. They were also able to advise us in regard to a suitable tradesman to assist with this work. His work was completed promptly and efficiently. After that when we personally completed some cosmetic refurbishment the unit was able to be listed quickly and then shown to prospective tenants.

I recently changed agents to Ray White Merrylands and have had absolutely no issues. They have been extremely understanding, helpful, patient etc during the transfer process. Once onboarded they have been very reliable, honest and very easy to deal with. Michael Azzi and team have done a great job of re-letting my property. My current agent Lola Kouzoukas has been excellent and extremely helpful also.
