huge thank you to Andrea

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Andrea for everything she did while helping us sell our family home. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish – always helpful, easy to deal with, and there whenever we needed advice or had questions. She kept us updated throughout the whole process and provided us with so much information, which really helped take the stress out of what was a very emotional time for our family. What really stood out to us was the genuine care and compassion she showed. She even took the time to visit Mum in hospital, which meant the world to our family and is something we'll never forget. Selling a family home isn't easy, but she made the whole experience so much smoother with her kindness, professionalism and support. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. Great Service and Seamless Experience

Michael and his team were great to deal with from start to finish. They have excellent knowledge of the market and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team also understood that given the seller's age, not everything could be handled online and adjusted their approach to suit, which made the process much easier for everyone involved. Professional, honest and easy to work with, I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team.

Outstanding interaction to achieve best results for the sale of a deceased estate.

I was the executor of my father’s estate and had the task of selling his family home of more than 50 years. Without a clear knowledge of the Merrylands market and its estate agents, I undertook a ‘beauty contest’ of five (5) agents to assess their local knowledge and ability to work with me to get the best outcome for the family beneficiaries. Michael Azzi was a standout and presented us with a sales package that we thought would best achieve our sales outcome in a professional and speedy manner. In essence, Michael was able to introduce a buyer within 24 hours, helped us to resolve all contract requirements in a friendly and professional manner and committed him and his team to support us through the whole conveyancing process. This was a very successful Team approach achieving success to all parties
