I recently engaged Alyson to provide Project Management (PM) services for a full property renovation, as well as to act as the selling agent. What I appreciated most about Alyson from the beginning was her high level of integrity and raw honesty throughout the renovation and sales processes. Both of these attributed are something I have struggled to find from the Real Estate industry. Project Management/Renovations: I currently live interstate to the property, which would usually make any renovation difficult. Fortunately for me, I engaged Alyson. The full package. Knew the market and was able to apply and focus her knowledge to that particular section of market in which our property was competing. Targeted advertising limited to what was necessary to sell the property. No unnecessary expense incurred. Professional photographer engaged. Dressed the property for sale herself. We are remote from the property and it was necessary to liaise with Alyson possibly more often than would normally be the case if we were located locally. She was always prompt and accurate with her information. Nothing was ever a problem. She is very strategic in her marketing and was able to sell the property within 30 minutes following the first viewing. Quite an achievement to sell an apartment so quickly in an area awash with apartments. She could be relied upon completely and we will continue to use her services for the sale of our other properties in Canberra. Can't say enough in favour of this agent.
