He makes everyone feel at ease!
We can’t thank Tyson and the team enough for selling our house within a week of the first open home. We had also made an offer on another house subject to sale (which they were also selling) and he managed the whole process to ensure everyone had the best outcome within very short timelines. He is genuine, responsive, down to earth and makes everyone feel at ease. Thank you Tyson for everything you have done for us, we would highly recommend you to others.

Great communicator, reliable and really down to earth!
Tyson and the team at B&D have been fantastic through the process of buying our new home. From the moment we met him at the open home to also assisting us to sell our home he has been outstanding and managed the whole process without too many hiccups. Above all a really genuine, honest nice guy
Tyson was great to deal with, always returned my calls and was punctual with meetings. We told him what we wanted to achieve with price and his advice was we could achieve it and we did. Couldn’t be happier as Tyson and team made this sale a pleasant experience. He gave good sound advice on the market and proved to be spot on, marketing and customer service exceptional. Above all a really genuine, honest nice guy who we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

Tyson ensured our house sale went seamlessly and quick!
We sold our property through Tyson at B and D realty recently in July. He was very thorough, diligent and had communication as our top priority (for being out of town sellers). B and D offer great rates, marketing packages and we felt they had our best interests in mind. Tyson went the extra effort to insure our house sale went seamlessly and quickly. Highly recommend Tyson and B and D reality!!!

Above and Beyond
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Tyson and the team at B&D Realty. Selling your pride and joy can be quite stressful and uncomfortable, although Tyson and his team go above and beyond to ensure they are across everything and put in maximum effort to ensure that the seller and buyer feels comfortable and their needs are met. Tyson had expert knowledge about real estate
From our first meeting with Tyson we felt comfortable working with him due to his expert knowledge in real estate. Tyson was prompt in responding to my many questions and was very efficient to get our home up for sale. Due to our incredible marketing and pitch, we had overwhelming amount of interest and our home was sold at the first Open home 4 days after being listed online. I have never had such a FANTASTIC experience with an agent before
