Brock's knowledge on the current market in our area is what pushed us over the line to sell. Brock valued our house over $200K more than other agents, however his confidence to get that amount made me feel incredibly comfortable to trust his judgement. Having sold the house for his expected amount reassured us that our trust was not misplaced. Brock kept communication with us, despite having majority of the listings in the area, meaning we knew he was incredibly busy. He would always get back to us if he was unable to speak when we rang. His relaxed personality made us feel like he was very genuine and really had our backs. Would highly recommend Brock to anyone wanting to sell their house in the area.
