Right from the start Brock was very professional and honest. We were in the middle of improving our property and Brock guided us to where to best spend our time to get the most out of the property. Brock has a lot of knowledge of the industry and works hard to get the best results. B & D Realty do things a bit different then other real estates and get in and get their hands dirty to help get the property ready with gardening, yard work and styling (or whatever they can help with). Brock has a couple of guys that help but had no issues jumping in and getting dirty himself. We have a family business and know the value of a business owner putting them self into any situation to get the job done. We felt comfortable with Brock and had no doubt that he had a vested interest in getting the best result for all parties.
