Mandeep and his team helped my partner and I sell our house in Helensvale on the Gold Coast in February this year. Sam and I met Mandeep at an open home for a property he was selling, and we instantly knew we could trust Mandeep to help us sell our home too. Although Mandeep doesn’t work predominantly on the Gold Coast, he was willing to put himself out of his comfort zone to help sell our house. He and his staff made the time to travel the distance down to our house on multiple occasions, they armed themselves with the knowledge of the Gold Coast market and committed to us 100%. After 1 week on the market, 1 open home and 3 days, our home went under offer for more than what we expected and for a record price in our townhouse complex. Mandeep consistently familiarised himself with our expectations so that he could do everything he could to meet them, and he absolutely did not disappoint. He is incredibly supportive and most importantly, upfront and honest. Mandeep never let our expectations get out of hand and kept us informed consistently during the process (which was nerve racking having been the first home we have ever sold!) it wouldn’t matter what day or time, he always made himself available to talk by phone or meet to discuss any queries or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend using Mandeep and his team for your selling journey - even if you don’t live around the Rochedale area, as he will go above and beyond for you to meet the market where you live.
