We hadn’t bought or sold a house in nearly 40 years. The team at Belle and in particular Stephanie made the process very easy. The house sold very quickly. Mandeep worked hard to attract the right buyers and to negotiate the best outcome for us.

Mandeep and the Belle team were phenomenal when it came to the marketing, transparency and strategy of our sale. We initially went with Mandeep due to his local knowledge, dedication in obtaining our listing and attending other open homes that were always impressively marketed and attended. Particularly when the free coffee is on offer. Despite some challenges with the property, they persisted time and again with the sale process when it would have been easier for them to push us to accept lower offers. At no point did we feel they didn’t have our best interest at heart, even though they could sell higher value properties quicker. Communication was usually quick and clear. A big thank you to Mandeep, Steph and the rest of the team.

Mandeep was really helpful and reassuring with each step of the transaction. Easy settlement for an interstate purchase.

Mandeep is very humble, approachable, understands the property market and discusses the available options. We have been trying to purchase our first property for more than a year without luck but Mandeep helped us getting it finally

Mandeep was great - I wouldn't have been able to purchase this property if he hadn't helped me realise the potential. He was professional and always helpful. He delegated tasks to Steph who made this process so much easier. I do wish he had highlighted to me that the property i purchased had an existing tenancy before signing the contract though- which was a bit of a hiccup in the process for me. But overall a good agent and highly recommend.

Couldn't have been happier. Mandeep is a lovely man with great knowledge and feel for the real estate business. His team are great too. The staging and web creation seemed extremely professional in my opinion. Through no fault of Mandeep's, we had 2 contract fall over but Mandeep just sold the property again.
