After we researched who was rated and proactive in the area of our house, Josh topped the list which he did not disappoint. From the first meeting with him he brought us up to speed with what was happening in the market along with what he found was working in getting our house out onto the market for a quick sale. If you are like us and have not sold a house for a few years, we were amazed how the marketing strategy has changed, which did seem a bit new to us (local paper verse internet) but Josh put a cost effective package together along with some recommendations to us to ensure our house is seen in its best light, great value. The video and photos he did made our house look fantastic, even thought to ourselves why are we selling? Once on the market Josh kept us in the loop after each open home and contacts as they occurred, after a couple of weeks we had two offers on the table which were a bit low but again Josh stepped up and got one of them to a fare purchase price. To sum up we found Josh and his team made it very easy for us with great communication along the way, as our life is changing there will not be a better recommendation to get Josh to sell our other home in the Redlands in the near future and we will hope to raise a glass on our new adventure and say, Cheers Josh.
