Josh provided all the information we requested prior to viewing the home for the first. When we met him at the open home he left us on our own after pointing out some of the features of the property. When it was obvious we wanted to proceed and submit an offer, he was organised and walked us through the contract ensuring there was nothing left out. He wasn't pushy regarding the amount we were willing to pay - totally professional and was committed to getting the best deal for the sellers.

Josh is an all round mr nice guy. Honest, sincere and a rare trustworthy agent. He perseveres diligently to get you the deal you need.
