I had found Josh to be Very professional in all his dealings on the sale of Dads Villa.
Josh Sherwood had kept me informed in the process of selling as it was my first time and especially my late fathers villa .I have had many dealings with agents over the years in buying but found Josh to be very polite,,professional,and new where the market is at that time .I would highly recommend Josh and the Freedom team in any one thinking of selling or buying as Josh was recommended to us by some friends It was good to get someone who was positive and proactive and most of all selling with passion . User Friendly
Josh provided all the information we requested prior to viewing the home for the first. When we met him at the open home he left us on our own after pointing out some of the features of the property. When it was obvious we wanted to proceed and submit an offer, he was organised and walked us through the contract ensuring there was nothing left out. He wasn't pushy regarding the amount we were willing to pay - totally professional and was committed to getting the best deal for the sellers.
