We met with several real estate agents and chose Tomas for so many reasons - his local knowledge of the area, his belief in us and our property, his negotiation skills, his kindness - I could go on all day! He helped us achieve a sale price above expectations and within only 6 days on the market. His team were really patient with us and allowed me to make changes to the marketing strategy (I work in marketing myself) - they really did go above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much of a drama. Expert sales professional
Joel was our chosen agent for the selling of our townhouse in Thorneside. He surpassed all of our expectations and we could not have been happier with his work. Joel worked tirelessly on our behalf and was able to achieve our dream sale price. Joel works to the best interest of the seller and will invest time and effort to get the optimal price for the seller. There was no pressure to accept low offers as he genuinely wanted to achieve the best result possible. His negotiation skills are at a very high level and I believe that we would not have achieved the price we did without him. There is no one else I would reccomend to anyone looking to sell a house in the Redlands and surrounds. 5 out of 5 stars.

Easy and simple process with Tomas
We purchased a house that Tomas was the real estate agent for and the process was quite easy. There were a few delays in getting things signed but we believe the delay was on the owners side so no big issue with that. We also requested some documents regarding the house and Tomas and his team did their best to get those for us. He also lived local and was able to give us a few insights into the neighborhood. Overall happy with the service Tomas and his team provided.

Very professional
I found Joel to be very professional at what he does.My property was always going to be a challenge to market as was only suited to a small market but he understood the buyers that would be interested and had it sold before we even had time to officially list it.
