Hearing of the need to quickly sell my mother's house so she could move into a nursing home, a friend of mine immediately put me in touch with Morgan and the team at Freedom Property. Josh has been very informative and knowledgeable. Is a young man who is passionate about his job which clearly shows when you meet. Went out of way to assist with few little problems that I was confronted with. Even though I wasn’t told that if settlement falls on the weekend it is brought forward which makes a lot of sense and probably should asked. I myself always allow for this. Josh has always polite and keeping me informed on what is happing and making himself available.Yes I highly recommend Josh. Should 4 1/2 stars

It was originally Morgan who came to us to suggest to sell our property near Springfield as our commutes into the city and surrounding areas were taking their toll. We were uncertain at first however we trusted him and trusted he had our best long term interests at heart. After 7 days post the decision to sign the listing with Morgan, our REA ad was online. Morgan drove 55+ minutes away from the Bayside to ensure successful and smooth open homes. After 3 weeks of open homes we had found our top buyer and received a reasonable offer. Choosing to trust Morgan and sign with him as our agent lead us to be able to purchase our dream property closer to family and work locations.
