More guidance for first home buyers
As a first home buyer, we felt extremely pressurised by Josh to sign the contract before we had time to fully understand all the various terms and conditions which were all new to us and felt they he could've been a bit more understanding and provided more guidance in terms of the terms and conditions rather than being so pushy for us just to sign. However, once the contract was signed, he took days to respond to our calls and emails...
