I was impressed with Joshs’ polite confidence and assurances that he he knew exactly how to market out property. Whilst not completely sure I was ready to list the property and go through all that comes with hosting open homes every week, I agreed to give Josh “a couple of days to test the market and gauge the response from his client list” before committing to anything. Within 24 hours Josh phoned me to politely request an opportunity to host an exclusive walk through for a handful of people he felt were genuine potential buyers. At this point we hadn’t set a firm price expectation, taken any photos of the property or even signed an agent agreement. Josh was totally working off his own bat and absolutely delivered. Hours after giving Josh a key to host a select group of buyers one evening, we had two exceptionally strong offers !! Josh and his team didn’t stop there, they supported us through the entire process from that point onward with advice, guidance and ultimately assisted in finding us a new place to live. Josh and his team were nice enough but unfortunately it wasn't the service you would expect from a Real Estate agent. My wife and I signed up with Josh (based on reviews) with the idea that he would be managing the sale. This was not the case and other members of the team would be delegated our open houses. We listed communication on their pre-sale sheet as the most critical thing for us and found this to be lacking. An open home was cancelled without our knowledge and following another our house was left unlocked with all the windows open as a storm was rolling in, unfortunately that was not only the time we arrived to find windows or doors unlocked or even wide open, lights on etc - which was particularly frustrating when the house was vacant and full of rented furniture. These were just some of the issues we encountered. Based on our experience, I would not recommend or be buying/selling from Freedom again.
