I have dealt with josh about 8 years ago and when I was in the market to buy a house I contacted him with my wish list. He keep in contact with me so I now he was still looking and after a few weeks he told me about a property that was coming on the market that fit my wish list and after an inspection before hitting the market we agreed on a price. We fell in love with a house that Josh and his team were marketing, which we ultimately secured in a multi-offer situation. Professional advice and timely responses to questions. The Website of the development is well presented, however in reality the landscaping of the lots on Esplanade is very poor. The uneven lots and head high vegetation makes it look more like an Alabama swamp rather than a new potential building block. My opinion is that a well looked after development site would attract more bidders and potential better pricing. I think this should be a combined effort between both Real Estate agent and developer.
