The case of the “after lunch, too busy”
As helpful as Stacey was, I never met her in person, was rushed at every chance so she could not have to answer to much and shied away with the, “I’ll get back to you” statement.
Her assistant was the only helpful one. Upon hand over of the property it was found the water had been turned off, which was fine, only to find a present in the toilet that was unable to be flushed. The only person between the inspection and the settlement was the realestate agent. Would have been nice to attempt to dispose of with a bucket or at least pass on the information rather than a surprise of a passed dining experience.
Over all, there was other information Stacey did not ensure to pass over to the buyer from the seller. The seller and I had direct contact which helped but the seller had advised the real estate agent to pass on the information.
I certainly won’t be using her again, it’s take. Me a month or so to stop being so angry with the situation.
