Leanne was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Her local knowledge advertising & marketing of my property were outstanding. The result of her hard work and dedication even prior to the first open home resulted in a sale in the launching week. I would totally recommend Leanne and her very efficient team to anyone contemplating putting their home on the market you will not be disappointed.

Buying and selling can be a big gambel, and when you gambel you want to win BIG. We put our property in the very best of hands when we chose Stacey Arlott. And did the BIG win pay off, not even 24 hours of being on the market, our property was under contract with $11,000 more over asking price. Stacey is a highly knowable real estate professional in that mackay region who really knows her stuff. The selling process isn't always easy or straightforward however her invaluable support and guidance for her clients is second to none. Thankyou for all that you have done for us, with helping us to both buy and sell during the past 6 months. Don't waste your time going any where else. I promise Stacey expertise will not fail to disappoint

From the minute Stacey walked in the door she guided me through the process of selling my home, how to prepare for open house, directed me on the way to advertise, helped with a starting price, answered any questions and allowed me to tell her my wish of how I wanted the process to roll. Good communication and guiding was there and within 5 days we had offers - my beautiful house was sold.

Stacey provided excellent and personalised service. She has a warm and friendly personality, and her knowledge of the local market, along with her confidence and professionalism, ensured that she would work hard to sell my house for the best price. I was out of town during the sale of my house, but she called me regularly, and made sure that I was fully informed.

Stacey took on the sale of our mum's house following mum's passing, and the whole sale process could not have gone any smoother. The house was listed for sale on the Thursday night, went to open house on Saturday (2 days later) where multiple offers were received which culminated in the sale of the house - it was pretty much a textbook sale. I was super impressed by Stacey's confidence, and her gentle and courteous approach to my brother and I. At no point did she doubt her ability to sell our house which gave us so much comfort at a very emotional time in our lives. I can't recommend Stacey enough and would definitely call on her again. Thank-you Stacey.

Stacey patiently lead us through the process of the sale of our property and helped us handle all the emotions we had attached to our much loved home in the midst of an unpredictable market. We are very glad the buyers wanted to make it their new home and were excited as us by all the home's fantastic livability features and character. Thanks so much Stacey - well done.
